Check out our unbelievable wedding menu!! *BEWARE* don't read if hungry...

Ok, so I know it has been a HECK of a long time since we've posted anything here... but we've just been so super busy planning this thing that we have not had ANY time at all!! But we just got our menu finalized so I thought it would be nice to post it so everyone can see just what sort of incredible culinary feast they are in for! See below, and listen closely.... you can hear your stomach growling even if you just had a big meal!



Hollye & Eric's Wedding Menu - Saturday, September 15th, 2007

Hors d' oeuvres
  • Javanese Curried Chicken Salad in Belgian Endive w/ Organic Sunflower Sprouts
  • Yellowfin Ahi Poke Salad on Wonton Crisps
  • Javanese Eggplant Crisps w/ Tangy Asian Dipping Sauce
  • "Striped Dragon" Sushi Rolls: Tempura Shrimp, Ahi, Shiro Maguro,Unagi, Avocado, Tobiko & Sumay Sauce
  • "Pacific" Sushi Rolls: King Crab, Avocado, Asian Pear, Wasabi-AvocadoCream wrapped in Soy Paper
